PIMMS™ and Ginger

A twist on the Classic PIMMS™ and Lemonade

25ml Pimm’s No 1
75ml Ginger Ale
1 slice of lemon
1 slice of cucumber
1 slice of apple
2 sprigs of fresh mint

Method
Crush one of the mint sprigs, add the other ingredients and shake.  Serve in a tall glass over ice, garnish with the other mint sprig.

For a jug use 200ml of Pimm’s and top up with Ginger Ale.  Add 4 slices of lemon, cucumber and apple.

To vary
For a variation, try fresh orange instead of cucumber.

Cocktail tip
Always put the ice in first and try using chilled glasses for a crisper taste.
