How long have you grown Jersey Royals for Budgens? We have been providing Budgens with Jersey Royals for over 15 years.
What is the environment for growing Jersey Royals? The earliest Jersey Royals are grown outside on South East facing slopes over-looking the sea to get the full benefit of the early sun and the more temperate climate.
What is the size of land for growing? We grow over 300 acres
What is so special about Jersey Royals? Jersey Royals herald the start of spring. I like their sweet, nutty flavour and waxy texture.
How do you like yours? Eaten with a knob of butter and to accompany some local fish - beautiful!
