Ingredients
- 1 baguette, cut into 1cm slices
- 200g Stilton or any blue cheese, sliced thinly
- A jar of onion chutney
- 50g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 small bunch flat leaf parsley
Ingredients available at selected stores.
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 160ºC non fan / 140ºC fan /gas mark 4.
Place the slices of baguette onto a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the bread from the oven and top each slice with the blue cheese, a suitable amount of the onion chutney and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.
Scatter the flat leaf parsley over and serve.
