Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 200g chocolate ice cream (or vanilla or salted caramel ice cream)
- 100ml Tia Maria
- 1 tbsp chocolate sauce
- 10g chilli chocolate
Spoon the ice cream into a food blender then add the Tia Maria and blitz until smooth.
Pour into cocktail glasses and drizzle the chocolate sauce across the top.
Finish with a grating of chilli chocolate.
